1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phrich ("phrich," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at phrich.club ("Platform"). By accessing, registering with, or using the phrich Platform in any manner, you irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional terms, rules, and guidelines published on the Platform from time to time.

These Terms are written in English and apply to all users of the phrich Platform, with particular reference to players located in the Republic of the Philippines. Where any translation is made available for convenience, the English version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the phrich Platform is strictly subject to the following eligibility requirements:

• Minimum Age: You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the phrich Platform. This minimum age is mandated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and by applicable Philippine law governing online gaming and casino-style gambling activities.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Philippines.
• Jurisdictional Compliance: It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the phrich Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. phrich does not knowingly accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order under PAGCOR's responsible gaming registry or any equivalent national program at the time of registration or at any time during active use of the Platform.

phrich reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable period may result in suspension or permanent closure of the account, including forfeiture of any pending withdrawal requests that cannot be verified.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money gaming features on the phrich Platform, you must complete the registration process and create a single, verified account. The following conditions apply:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one phrich account. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or proxy accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances in all associated accounts.
• Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and payment details. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. phrich will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to safeguard your password or OTP codes.
• KYC / Identity Verification: phrich complies with applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML) laws in the Philippines. You may be required to submit a government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS card, or UMID) and proof of address before withdrawals are processed.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the phrich Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated. The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: phrich currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay. Available methods may change and are displayed in the cashier section of your account at the time of transaction.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your phrich account instantly in most cases. Bank transfers may require additional processing time depending on the originating institution.
• Withdrawal Processing: Verified accounts may request withdrawals at any time. phrich targets a processing time of 15 minutes for GCash and PayMaya withdrawals under ₱50,000. Larger amounts or unverified accounts may require additional review and processing time of up to three (3) business days.
• Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawal requests are subject to verification of identity, compliance with applicable bonus wagering requirements, and satisfactory AML screening. phrich reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or Terms violation.
• Same-Source Rule: Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. phrich reserves the right to enforce this rule to prevent money laundering.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

phrich may offer bonuses, free spins, deposit matches, cashback, or other promotional rewards from time to time. The following general terms apply to all phrich promotions:

• Each promotion is subject to specific terms published at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for matters directly related to that promotion.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• phrich reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that accrued bonus amounts already credited to a player's account prior to cancellation shall be honored under the terms in force at the time of credit.
• Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, structured betting to exploit bonus mechanics, or collusion with other players — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games offered on the phrich Platform are operated under the rules and technical specifications of the respective game providers, which include JILI Games, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution Gaming, and others. The following general rules apply across all games:

• RNG Certification: All random number generator (RNG) games are independently audited and certified by the game provider's designated testing laboratory. phrich does not modify or interfere with game outcomes.
• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a server error, disconnection, or technical malfunction during a game round, the general policy is that interrupted rounds will be resolved by the game provider's system. phrich is not liable for losses caused by genuine technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
• Game Rules Supremacy: Where a discrepancy exists between a player's understanding of a game and the game's published rules, the published rules as maintained by the relevant game provider shall be the authoritative version.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phrich Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential referral to PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to play games or exploit promotional mechanisms.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated cheating with other players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for monetary gain. Identified exploitation must be reported to phrich immediately; failure to do so constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or engaging in any form of financial fraud or money laundering.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is illegal without prior authorization from phrich's compliance team.
• Creating or using multiple accounts to circumvent account restrictions, bonus limitations, or self-exclusion orders.

8. Responsible Gaming

phrich is committed to promoting responsible gaming and complying with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework. The following tools and obligations apply:

• Players may set deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, and cooling-off periods directly from their phrich account settings at any time.
• Self-exclusion requests will be actioned within 24 hours of receipt and reported to the PAGCOR responsible gaming registry. Self-excluded players may not open new accounts during the exclusion period.
• phrich will not send promotional materials to players who have set active deposit limits at the minimum threshold or who are subject to a self-exclusion order.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

phrich reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable period after request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Instruction from PAGCOR or any other competent regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• Voluntary closure request submitted by the account holder.

Upon account closure, phrich will process any verified outstanding balance to the player's registered payment method after deducting any amounts owed to phrich under these Terms, including any unmet wagering requirements on bonus funds.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the phrich Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and trademarks — is the property of phrich or its licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of phrich content without express written permission is prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phrich shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of business opportunity. phrich's total aggregate liability to any individual player for claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player to their phrich account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in this clause limits phrich's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or liability that cannot be excluded under PAGCOR regulations or mandatory Philippine law.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the phrich Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines, unless otherwise required by PAGCOR dispute resolution procedures.

Prior to initiating formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to submit a written complaint to phrich support. phrich commits to acknowledging all complaints within 48 hours and providing a substantive response within 10 business days. Unresolved complaints may be escalated to PAGCOR through its official dispute resolution channels.

13. Amendments to These Terms

phrich reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via SMS notification to the registered Philippine mobile number or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the amended terms take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange closure of your account prior to the amendment's effective date.
